Failure to pay monthly charges

Refund Policy

Whenever organizing any project, we divide the work into stages. Every endeavor begins with careful exploration and the drafting of a work description statement. All of that is carried out to assure that people involved here are fully aware of the tasks that need to be performed and to remove any way of project suspensions, changes of direction, or disagreements.

Refunds for tasks recently accomplished or utilized for solutions are not allowed because it takes hard work and time to accomplish each stage and each component. Again when the client accepts the demo concepts and the contract enters the growth phase, no funds will be reimbursed.

In the development stage, contracts are not permitted for limited refunds. Regarding solutions that the firm has offered on special days, refunds are not entitled. Although digital SEO and marketing packages are either not refundable, clients are free to end their contract at any stage with a proper 2-week warning.

The client is solely responsible for keeping the service up to date after Anchor Expert has finished rendering it. Each client is completely liable for any consequences to the service caused by the client or any appointed individual or entity, and AnchorExpert will not issue a refund in this case.

So the policy is—

  • We are unable to provide refunds once the project has begun according to the demands of the job.
  • The contract may be terminated by the client at any stage, but if it is terminated in the middle of a month, there will be no reimbursement. Ongoing billing will stop in this situation, but no discounted refunds will indeed be issued.
  • If the client rejects the ideas and suggestions for specific adjustments, such as altering the website’s text, keyword optimization, site static analysis, layout, and design, no reimbursement will be granted.
  • Whether the client works with another SEO firm throughout the term of the agreement or manages SEO on his or her website concurrently, a refund isn’t going to be granted.
  • Whether the customer fails to grant the necessary permission to the website for SEO reasons or whether the client’s site is down or otherwise unusable, no refund will indeed be given.
  • Again when the client confirms the demo concepts and the project continues on to the planning stage, no deposit will be reclaimed.
  • When our staff has given you solutions for special instances, we won’t accept any cancellations. All those are confined deals that cannot be canceled without the use of at least 30-day advance notice.
  • The client may terminate an SEO Strategy or other Sales And marketing contract by providing a proper statement 30 days prior to the start date.
  • For activities that seem to be non-functional, discontinued, or remain silent for longer than even a month, we are unable to refund balances or fees.

Procedures for order revisions

Anyone can request a revision or a reimbursement when we achieve project goals for you as well as you believe that it has been inaccurately stated or fails to commit to the specified timeframe. In the event that a solution or presentation gets outdated due to technical issues including a Google update, we will postpone the contract and provide you with alternative, similar solutions.
